How do I purchase an item?

I only sell items here on my website. If there are no items available in the "shop" section, I am currently sold out.

When will more items become available?

I restock my shop in small batches, as my schedule allows. This generally ends up being once every couple of months. I will always announce an upcoming shop restock beforehand so you have time to prepare. Follow along on social media or join my email list to stay in the loop!

Are there any tips for purchasing successfully?

When I post new items, a lot of them sell out within a couple of minutes. It can be stressful, but here are some tips that will help you out!

1. Choose your item(s) before they go up for sale. I will publish a full item preview on my website 24 hours before a shop restock. You'll be able to see photos, prices and descriptions of each item.

2. Be on my website before the shop restock goes live. Refresh your browser until items appear.

3. Create an account on my website ahead of time so your information is pre-saved.

4. If possible, checkout with Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay as these are the quickest payment options.

Do you offer local pickup in West Michigan?

Yes! Select the local pickup option at checkout. Email me to set up a time and get the exact location of my studio (it's near downtown Allendale).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping options will be calculated for you at checkout. Be aware that I am not responsible for any customs or fees associated with international shipping.

Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, but there are some exceptions. I recommend hand-washing more fragile items (such as floral/succulent pottery). Items with gold or metallic finishes are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

What is the return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item upon its arrival, email me as soon as possible. Most items are returnable within 10 days of their arrival to you.

Be aware that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and the responsibility of safely packing and shipping back fragile items is up to you. Your return will be processed as soon as your item arrives safely back to me in its original condition.

Do you take custom orders?

No, but I am always open to hearing your ideas. Some of my favorite pieces were inspired by your suggestions, so don't be shy if you have a request!

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

I stand behind my packing. If for some reason your item arrives damaged, I will make it right. Do not throw away any of the packaging. In order to start a claim I will need multiple photos. Email me within 24 hours of receiving your package and we can work through it together.
